Looking hot in the cold...

I have always liked the summer - the beach, the nice warm evenings, cool clubs with beautiful people, girls wearing hot dresses... Some how; no matter where you are, there is always more fun when the sun is shining.
I love Copenhagen in the summer. It is so cosy.Islands Brygge, Kongens Have, Amager Strandpark...and every were, there are good looking people wearing smart outfits. Every one is trying to show off their sizzling sense of summer style. Bright colors, open shoes, lots of skin showing ;-)
Unfortunately summer in Copenhagen is over, and the clothes that are showing my legs, are back on the hangers. The weather outside is grey and rainy -and I hate it. People are wearing dark and boring clothes, rubber boots and rain jackets that fits the season. I was really depressed about that in the weekend, but then I started watching some pictures in Facebook from a friend of mine. He is a genuine playboy and there was a lot of pictures with him and different girls. Some of the pictures were from the winter, and the girls was wearing big jackets, scarfs, knitted hats, and it looked so cosy and warm in a way.... Then I thought to my self: winter outfits don't have to be plain and boring, they can be fun and chique. That is why I decided to share some cool runway outfits, that I think can make our winter a bit more enjoyable.

MICHAEL KORS

PRADA

D & G

D & G

ISABEL MARANT

RAG & BONE

JILL STUART

OSCAR DE LA RENTA

SALVATORE FERRAGAMO

Above there is some of the autumn/winter outfits that I like. Michael Kors is a genius that can make every woman look like a lady, in a very relaxing kind of way.
I am not really impressed with PRADA this season; not sure if it is the clothes or the models that look really pale and boring. I have never been a big fan of D&G, but this season, I got surprised with the nice combination of black and white, and the cute winter motives. I LOVED Isabel Marants collection for this season, the glitter leggings are amazing (I must find where I can buy a pair), she has them in multiple colors and combines them with knitted blouses or fur coats. AMAZING! Rag & Bone collection is young and fresh. I like the big cardigans, blouses and especially the oversized scarfs. Jill Stuart is bringing sexy back; short dresses, long boots, smokey eyes...lovely. The jacket from the picture looks SO cosy and I know for sure that I would love to own more of the outfits from his winter runway! Oscar De La Renta still keeps it glamourous, even though it is a bit too 80's for my taste. I like it. Salvatore Ferragamo uses the warm brown and beige colors, with the high waisted pants and long coats. Looking at his collection, it has a contemporary 60's feel to it.
I can keep on going, but I will let you have a look for your self and find your style for this winter.
Lets try to make it a bit more fun!!!
